2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Crisco® Pure Canola Oil, plus additional oil for grilling
4 (4 oz/110 g each) salmon fillets
Combine first 6 ingredients in small bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Place 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) of glaze in resealable plastic bag with salmon. Marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator.
Lightly brush grill pan with oil and heat to medium-high heat. Place fillets in hot pan, skin side down and discard used marinade. Cook fish for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, or until fish is opaque throughout. Serve with your favourite cooked vegetables and drizzle with remaining glaze.
