Heat oven to 350°F (180ºC). Grease an 8″ x 4″ (20 cm x 10 cm) loaf pan. In large bowl, combine flour and sugar; mix well. Add oil, milk and eggs; blend well. Add banana and pecans; stir just until blended. Pour into greased pan.
Bake at 350°F (180ºC) for 60 to 70 minutes or until top is deep golden brown and toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Remove from pan; place on wire rack. Cool for 1 hour or until completely cooled. Wrap tightly and store in refrigerator.
