Ingredients: Bourbon Pecan Pie; 6 Tbsp. butter, softened; 1 C. dark brown sugar; 3 eggs slightly beaten; 1 tsp. vanilla extract; 3/4 C. dark corn syrup; 1 Tbsp. corn starch; 2 Tbsp. bourbon; 2 C. pecans; 1 (9-inch) unbaked OR frozen deep-dish pie crust

Bourbon Pecan Pie Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Bourbon Pecan Pie

6 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 C. dark brown sugar
3 eggs slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
³/₄ C. dark corn syrup
1 Tbsp. corn starch
2 Tbsp. bourbon
2 C. pecans
1 (9-inch) unbaked OR frozen deep-dish pie crust

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cream together butter and brown sugar in medium bowl. Add eggs, vanilla, corn syrup, corn starch and bourbon. Blend well.
Place 1 C. pecans in bottom of pie crust. Pour pie mixture over the pecans, then top with remaining 1 C. pecans.
Bake at 350°F for 55 to 60 minutes or until center appears barely set. Cool to room temperature on wire rack.
