Rosemary & Garlic Shrimp

INGREDIENTS

Rosemary & Garlic Shrimp

  • 1 lb (500 g) shrimp (size 16/20), peeled and deveined
  • 1/3 C. (75 mL) Crisco® Pure Canola Oil or Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • salt & pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place shrimp in a medium-size bowl. In a separate small bowl, combine the oil, rosemary and garlic. Pour over shrimp.
  2. Heat large non-stick skillet. Add shrimp mixture. Cook for 5 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink.
