Easy Vinaigrette Dressing

Makes: 1 1/4 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 large garlic clove, peeled and minced
  • 1 tbsp 15 mL Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp 15 mL chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp 5 mL sugar
  • 1/2 tsp 2 mL salt
  • 1/2 tsp 2 mL freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp 45 mL white wine vinegar
  • 3/4 cup 175 mL Crisco® Canola Oil

Preparation

  1. In a jar with a tight fitting lid combine all dressing ingredients except oil; shake well. Add oil and shake well again. Refrigerate any unused dressing.
